6. ইউএসজিবিসির মতে,পরিবেশবান্ধব শিল্পকারখানা হিসাবে উত্তীর্ণ হইতে কতগুলি শর্ত পূরণ করিতে হয়। তন্মধ্যে কার্বন নিঃসরণ কমাইতে পুনরায় উত্পাদনের মাধ্যমে তৈরি হওয়া ইট, সিমেন্ট ও ইস্পাত ব্যবহার করিয়া কারখানা স্থাপন, শ্রমিকদের যাতায়াতে জ্বালানি খরচ কমাইতে তাহাদের বাসস্থান, বাজার, শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান যথাসম্ভব হাঁটার দূরত্বে রাখা, বিদ্যুত্ খরচ কমাইতে সূর্যের আলো, বিদ্যুত্সাশ্রয়ী বাতি ও সৌরবিদ্যুতের ব্যবহার বাড়ানো, ভূ-গর্ভস্থ পানির ব্যবহার কমাইতে কারখানা এলাকায় বৃষ্টির পানি সংরক্ষণ ও পানিসাশ্রয়ী কল স্থাপন,পর্যাপ্ত খোলা জায়গা রাখা, শ্রমিকদের অভ্যন্তরীণ কর্মপরিবেশের উন্নতি বিধান এবং উত্পাদনে সর্বাধুনিক যন্ত্রপাতিব্যবহার প্রভৃতি উল্লেখযোগ্য-

Among these, to establish factories bricks, cement and Ispat which are made through re-production to reduce emission of carbon, to keep the accommodation, market and educational institution in a walk distance as much as possible to reduce the fuel cost in time of transportation of the worker, to increase the use of sunlight, energy saving light and solar light in order to reduce electricity cost, preserving the rain water and setting up water saving machine in the factory area to reduce to use of underground water, to keep enough open space, to ensure the development of internal work environment of the worker, to use the latest machinery for production are mentionable.
7. এই প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করিয়া ইতোমধ্যে বাংলাদেশের ৩২টি কারখানা ও স্থাপনা পরিবেশবান্ধব সনদ লাভ করিয়াছে বলিয়া জানা যায়। পরিবেশবান্ধব এই নীতিমালা ও আদর্শ এখন সর্বত্র ছড়াইয়া দিতে হইবে-
Following the process, it is known that 32 factories and structures of Bangladesh have already acquired environment-friendly certificate. Now this environment-friendly principles and ideologies have to spread everywhere.
8. বাংলাদেশে গার্মেন্টস বা তৈরি পোশাক শিল্পের সার্বিক কর্মপরিবেশ নিয়া আন্তর্জাতিক মহল বিভিন্ন সময় নানা প্রশ্ন উত্থাপন করিয়াছে। আমরা আশা করি, পরিবেশবান্ধব কারখানা তৈরিতে আমাদের এই সাফল্য সেই নেতিবাচক ভাবমূর্তির অবসানে সহায়ক হইবে-
Many international communities have arisen many questions in different times regarding the work environment of ready made garments of Bangladesh. We hope that, this success will be helpful to diminish that bad image in building environment-friendly factories.
9. একুশ শতকে উন্নয়নের অন্যতম প্রধান চ্যালেঞ্জ জলবায়ু পরিবর্তনজনিত ক্ষতিকর প্রভাব মোকাবিলা করা। এইজন্য বিশ্ব উষ্ণতা রোধে সকল ক্ষেত্রে পরিবেশ রক্ষাকে অগ্রাধিকারদেওয়া বাঞ্ছনীয়-
To combat deleterious effect regarding climate change is one of major challenges of the development of 21st century. So, it is essential to give priority to save environment in all aspects to prevent global warming.
11. তবে এইরূপ স্থাপনা নির্মাণ, সংরক্ষণ ও সংস্কারে প্রধান অন্তরায় ব্যয় বৃদ্ধি। এইজন্য সরকার পরিবেশবান্ধব স্থাপনা নির্মাণে সকল ক্ষেত্রে নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ কর মওকুফ করিবার বিধান করিতে পারে। দেশি-বিদেশি বায়ার বা ক্রেতাদেরও এইজন্য অধিক মূল্য পরিশোধে প্রস্তুত থাকা অপরিহার্য। এই ব্যাপারে সকলের সচেতনতাও কাম্য। আমরা উক্ত পরিবেশবান্ধব কারখানার মালিক, শ্রমিকসহ সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে অভিনন্দন জানাই-
But the main obstacle behind this construction, preservation and reformation is the increaseing cost.. So, the government can make legislation for tax remission to a certain extent in all aspects in constructing environment-friendly structures. And native and foreign buyers also have to be ready for paying more price . Awareness is desirable from all in this regard. We congratulate all concerned along with above mentioned owner of the factories and the worker
