2.কিন্তু বিশ্ব স্বাস্থ্য সংস্থার বিধি অনুযায়ী আনুষ্ঠানিক স্বীকৃতি লাভের জন্য এক বত্সরের একটি পর্যবেক্ষণ কালও পার হইতে হয়। বাংলাদেশ সফলভাবে সেই পরীক্ষায়ও উত্তীর্ণ হইয়াছে। ফলে সম্প্রতি শ্রীলঙ্কার রাজধানী কলম্বোতে অনুষ্ঠিত বিশ্ব স্বাস্থ্য সংস্থার দক্ষিণ-পূর্ব এশীয় অঞ্চলের ৬৯তম সম্মেলনে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে সেই সনদ তুলিয়া দেওয়া হইয়াছে বাংলাদেশের হাতে।
